You can't put Bebe Rexha in a box. From her Grammy-winning songwriting roots on Eminem's "The Monster" to global chart-toppers with David Guetta and Florida Georgia Line, Rexha has established herself as a premier musical chameleon. With her latest project, Dirty Blonde, she officially enters a new era as an independent powerhouse. Now signed to EMPIRE, the Brooklyn-born star has crafted a 13-song "genre kaleidoscope" that serves as her first-ever visual album, representing a total creative rebirth and a departure from the major-label system she's known since she was a teenager.Recorded across London, Tokyo, and Europe, Dirty Blonde captures the energy of Rexha's global travels. The project seamlessly blends heavy-hitting dance floor anthems with deep, personal storytelling. With the lead single "New Religion" she takes us straight to the club by reimagining the iconic dance record "Insomnia" by Faithless. On "Tokyo," she explores a drum & bass pulse inspired by a late-night rendezvous in Japan, while "Cike Cike" (produced by long-time collaborator DJ Snake) sees Rexha embracing her Albanian heritage by mixing traditional linguistic roots with modern 808 basslines. At the emotional core of the album is the lead single, "I Like You Better Than Me." The track strips away the pop-star veneer to tackle themes of insecurity and self-scrutiny, blending raw lyrics with a pop-rock edge. From the Jersey-bounce-meets-country vibes of "Drink and a Little Love" to her vulnerable reflections on fame, Dirty Blonde is a celebration of an artist who is finally playing by her own rules. As Rexha firmly asserts, "The old Bebe is dead," leaving behind a focused, stronger creator who is making the music she truly loves.1xLP, Gatefold Jacket, Platinum Colored Vinyl, Exclusive Cover Art. But as Hot Mully releases their phenomenal fourth LP, The Sound a Body Makes When It's Still, that's exactly where they're at. Hot Mulligan is a resounding success story, the #1 Hot New Band (11 years running, just ask them), and ready to keep fighting the good fight.

I Built You A Tower [Indie Exclusive Frosted Teal]

Death Cab for Cutie is one of the definitive indie-rock bands of the century. After twenty-odd years in the major label system, the band returned to their indie roots and signed with ANTI- Records, and they’re back with a brand-new eleventh album titled, I Built You A Tower out June 5th. I Built You A Tower is the sound of loss, compartmentalization, and then grief bursting out from the seams. It’s also the sound of the growth that comes after falling apart, of acknowledging pain without letting it destroy you. “I see the tower existing on your emotional horizon,” Ben Gibbard states. “You don’t always have to look at what’s inside it, but it’s a reminder that it happened. You know it’s there. You have to face it.” The band will tour in support of the new album, including a play at Outside Lands. This comes on the heels of a historic, sold-out global tour marking the 20th anniversary of the album Transatlanticism, and the release of their universally acclaimed, 2022’s Asphalt Meadow.

It stretches across the band’s sonic history, from propulsive classics to stripped, raw moments, while carrying an undercurrent of mortality and loss that refuses easy optimism.

Aethermead [Clear Vinyl]
$25.98  25.98
chart cover
Aethermead, the newest offering and 20th full-length album from Of Montreal, finds the band revisiting sounds from their early years, while still pushing artistic boundaries with their iconic style of pop & indie rock. Celebrated for their unique and prolific output, frontperson and primary songwriter / multi-instrumentalist Kevin Barnes recorded the album at Brooklyn's Honey Jar studios with audio engineer, Drew Vandenberg (Faye Webster, Toro y Moi), with basic tracking done live to a 16-track tape machine with Barnes' longtime live band. "I wanted to capture a quick moment together and to make on-the-fly, spontaneous creative decisions," says Barnes. "It felt very liberating and exhilarating to have to start and finish an album in a month's time." The result shimmers with indie pop elements of their 2004 release, Satanic Panic in the Attic, as well as the raw, live energy of 2013's Lousy With Sylvianbriar. Inspired partly from a recent move to Brooklyn, NY and a yearning for community, the album marks a shift in Barnes' daily routines, with the album's title referencing a section of Prospect Park called the Nethermead, where Barnes walks their dog every day. "I started a meditation practice soon after moving to help me self-regulate," says Barnes. "I began to imagine I was sending all my destructive and useless thoughts/energies into the ether." Barnes' beautiful and melodic chord progressions are on full display with tracks like "Already Dreaming," as well as the straight-up rock & roll banger "Take The Form." Other highlights include the loungey "My Zhe Zhe," as well as the bluntly sexual lead single, "When." From the breakthrough brilliance of 2007's Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? to a steady run of boundary-pushing releases, Of Montreal have remained fearless sonic shapeshifters-equally at home crafting hook-laden anthems as they are exploring surreal, experimental textures. The band's prolific output has led to numerous late-night TV appearances-including The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon-and brilliant collaborations with artists such as Solange, Janelle Monáe, and Jon Brion. On stage, they transform concerts into immersive spectacles of color, costume, and cathartic energy. The band has performed across the globe, gracing festival stages at Coachella, Primavera, Lollapalooza, Vive Latino and beyond, while also amassing hundreds of millions of streams worldwide. With a new tour on the horizon, Of Montreal continue to celebrate their legacy while pushing boldly forward.

Dick's Picks Vol. 5-Oakland Auditorium Arena [Box]
$208.99  208.99
chart cover
Taken from one of the Dead's annual year-end runs of Bay Area concerts, Dick's Picks Vol. 5 marked five straight volumes of '70s shows selected by archivist Dick Latvala to start the series, and as it was from one of the very last days of the decade, it was the perfect way for Dick to complete his own mini "tour" of the '70s. But Vol. 5 has a lot more going for it than just a convenient spot on the calendar; this is one of the rawest and most energetic Picks, a complete show anchored by a second set that is in essence one big medley that begins with "Uncle John's Band" and ends with it almost two hours later, with a supercharged "The Other One" and the first appearance of "Brokedown Palace" in two years among many high points in between. Set one is no slouch, either, with a great, Garcia-led rendition of "Alabama Getaway" four months before it appeared on record and a passionate vocal by Bob Weir on "Looks Like Rain" leading to a spirited, set-closing "The Promised Land." And throughout it all you'll hear Brent Mydland serving notice in one of his early shows with the band that he is fully up to the task of replacing Keith Godchaux. For this LP reissue, we've given Dick's Picks Vol. 5 the usual Real Gone spit 'n' Polish, starting with a fresh mastering job by Jeffrey Norman. Here is Mr. Norman's report: thanks to some technical advances, he was able to even out the bass and remove hundreds of clicks from Jerry Garcia's guitar (thought to be caused by the metal pick that he was using at the time). Add to that lacquer cutting by the Well Made Music team of Clint Holley and Dave Polster and a 180-gram black vinyl pressing at our favorite plant, Gotta Groove Records, and you can rest assured that Dick's Picks Vol. 5 is going to deliver the same superlative sonic experience as our other Real Gone Dick's Picks vinyl reissues. Limited to 2000 hand-numbered 5-LP sets, complete with insert!

In 2024 the prolific New York artist Nate Amos released his label debut "Box for Buddy, Box for Star" under his solo moniker This Is Lorelei. The record was critically acclaimed and received year end accolades from Rolling Stone, Billboard, GQ, Pitchfork, Stereogum, The FADER, Paste, but the album and Amos' star has continued on an unrelenting rise. The last year saw him release a breakthrough record with his band Water From Your Eyes, a rerecorded collection of This Is Lorelei songs entitled "Holo Boy", and share a slew of collaborations and reimaginings of the "Box for Buddy" songs, repackaged as a quasi-deluxe release that included MJ Lenderman, Snail Mail and Amos' father and sister, Bob & Sarah Amos. The songs on "Box for Buddy" have continued to resonate, appearing in headlines and grainy live videos as artists like Waxahatchee and Cameron Winter cover them, incorporating Amos' songs into their own setlists. It seemed only logical then that the entirety of Box for Buddy should receive this reimagining, pulling together a constellation of Amos' friends, family and peers to cover and collaborate on the full tracklist. "Box for Buddy, Box for Star (Super Deluxe)" features fully reimagined versions of every song from Amos' break out LP; a hushed and glitchy take from Hayley Williams and her close collaborator Daniel James, from their new project Power Snatch, a sweeping ballad from SASAMI complete with headturning key changes, and pure guitar euphoria from Momma. An unexpectedly great pairing between Jeff Tweedy and longtime Amos collaborators fantasy of a broken heart is among the other treasures contained on this singular collection, which also features outsider pop auteur LUCY (Cooper B Handy), Tim Heidecker, and the long awaited studio version of Waxahatchee's take on "Where's Your Love Now."

Blending the strengths of the quartet's three prior LPs while marking a return to it's hardrock roots, the platinum-certified record stands as the heaviest of the California ensemble's career. That it succeeded while flying in the face of trends underlines it's significance and appeal. Massive riffs drive tracks such as the grinding "Down," stormy "Heaven & Hot Rods," and vitriolic "Sex & Violence." These and other songs bulldoze and plow, their muscular arrangements caked with thick sludge and aluminum tones, their sinister moods draped in distortion.Sourced from the original analog tapes, pressed at Fidelity Record Pressing, and housed in a Stoughton gatefold jacket, Mobile Fidelity's 180g 45RPM 2LP set presents No. 4. in audiophile sound for the first time on vinyl. With exceptional groove definition, quiet surfaces, and black backgrounds, this collectible reissue plays with enhanced liveliness, balance, and solidity that raise the profile of an album that contains a wealth of colors, dynamics, and subtle accents that demand transparent resolution. A decade ago, three employees of JJ's Market and Cafe became Styrofoam Winos. Lou Turner, Trevor Nikrant, and Joe Kenkel bonded over their mutual adoration for Bob Dylan, Patti Smith, Leonard Cohen, and dollar bin country records. Styrofoam Winos have always gone with the flow, which makes Any River an apt title for their new album, the follow-up to 2024's Real Time. Their playful approach is bolstered by the chops of seasoned musicians who have performed many hundreds of concerts, both together and as touring members of Ryan Davis and the Roadhouse Band, MJ Lenderman and the Wind, and as solo artists. Each song on Any River came out of jam sessions at Turner and Nikrant's home studio, and a shared Google doc of lyrics soon followed. They recorded in Louisville-their first album made outside of Nashville-with Roadhouse bandmate and Equipment Pointed Ankh mastermind Jim Marlowe. Marlowe's understated production kept the band's unique synergy on full display. Styrofoam Winos manage to strike a perfect balance between reverence and irreverence for the musical traditions they're working within. Their knowledge of the canon is scholarly, but such knowledge is always followed by a wink. It's the music of experienced shapeshifters, defying easy categorization while remaining instantly recognisable.

Leaning further into experiments with electronics, hip-hop, acid grooves, and the otherwise unusual, the result is a dizzying orbital trip expanding the idea of what's possible in rock music.Disputes between The Butthole Surfers and Capitol Records left the album unreleased, while the band regrouped and re-recorded some of the material for 2001's Weird Revolution, released through Hollywood Records. After The Astronaut collected dust, eventually developing a mythic status.A quarter century later, Butthole Surfers are realizing their vision for After The Astronaut. Newly mixed by guitarist/producer Paul Leary, After The Astronaut corrects the record on the band's activity in the late 90s with a bold, idiosyncratic evolution of their sun-fried psychedelia.

Then Again [Indie Exclusive Swamp Green with Autographed Cover]
$33.99  33.99

I guess you could call it a lost album," says Rodney Crowell. "I stumbled upon it in my vault at home. I'd forgotten about it completely." He's referring to Then Again, which he recorded and shelved two decades ago before moving off into new directions. Since then, the album has been biding it's time, waiting for the moment when it's songs would hit hardest. And they hit incredibly hard now, largely because age and experience have granted Crowell a richer perspective. "I'm glad I put it on the shelf, because now is the time for it. It may not be the time for it for the rest of the world, but it's time for it for me. That's why I wanted to call it Then Again. I thought that was a clever way of saying that what was happening then is happening now. Once lost and now found, Then Again is something the Rodney Crowell of the 2000s could never have predicted but something the Rodney Crowell of the 2020s recognizes instinctively: a work of nuance, insight, and sensitivity that considers death but celebrates life. "I'm trying to understand that this spirit of mine is going to leave this body and go off somewhere else. I've got a pretty good idea that it's going to be someplace good, but I still need to perfect some part of my spiritual journey here before I check out. I can see that in these songs now.

It's for everyone on Instagram, on Twitter, or anyone with a brain and two ears."My dad raised me on metal, but my first serious love was hip-hop," Ronnie explains. "When I heard Dr. Dre's The Chronic, that's when I fell in love. I didn't know what the hell they were talking about, the beats were intertwined, and it came inside of me and took me over. When we added hip-hop elements I was thinking, "Should I do this? This sounds crazy! Are people going to like this?" Now I've never been so proud of something. Chapter 7 (10th Anniversary Edition)
$21.98  21.98
chart cover

Ezra Collective’s Chapter 7, now celebrating its tenth anniversary, captured the restless energy of a young band finding its voice - spiritually curious, rhythmically fearless, committed to community as compass. Built on grooves made for sweat-slicked basements and late-night communion, its seven movements reveal a blueprint forming: jazz as a living expression of where you come from and who you stand with.

The Chapter 7 (10th Anniversary Edition) reissue revisits that formative statement from a band that would soon become trailblazers as both the first British jazz act to win the Mercury Prize, and then a BRIT Award. Remastered for vinyl and expanded with new incarnations - live cuts from NPR's Tiny Desk and the band’s landmark Royal Albert Hall performance - the reissue presents Chapter 7 not simply as an early document, but a living manifesto: rhythm as ritual, youth culture as sanctuary, and jazz as an open invitation.

Pressed on black vinyl, housed in a single sleeve jacket with printed inner sleeve, featuring credits and a message from the band.

Jamaican singer born in Clarendon, Jamaica on June 27, 1956. At age seven, he started singing backup for a local ska harmony duo called The Clarendonians and did his first recordings aged 10 years with the name "Little Freddie" or "Young Freddie", and as a duo with Ernest Wilson aka "Freddie & Fitsy". McGregor stayed at Studio One for much of the '70s. He sang lead for groups like Generation Gap and Soul Syndicate, and also recorded off and on as a solo act during the '70s. In 1975, McGregor converted to Rastafarianism. Freddie McGregor's debut album Mr. McGregor was released in 1979. The album opens with "We Got Love" featuring a Tower of Power influenced horn section underneath McGregor's tale of love conquering all. The classic "Rastaman Camp" combines muted horn and an earthy, Nyahbinghi-like chorus for one of producer Niney's deeper constructions, but the lightweight fare is equally welcome as the easy strolling and not too sugary version of "Brandy" displays. Mr. McGregor is available as a limited numbered edition of 750 copies on orange coloured vinyl.

Coming 25 years after it's initial release and coinciding with the band's 40th anniversary, Complete B Sides by Pixies has been remastered and is being reissued this June. Collecting all the b-sides from the band's classic 4AD-era, Complete B Sides contains some of the Pixies best 'other' tracks including 'Wave of Mutilation (UK Surf)', 'Into The White' and 'The Thing' and until now, hasn't been available on vinyl.Originally released on CD in 2001, when the band were nearly a decade into a hiatus, Complete B Sides featured all 19 non-single tracks from the band's unbelievable run of 1988-1991 singles - 'Gigantic', 'Monkey Gone to Heaven', 'Here Comes Your Man', 'Velouria', 'Dig for Fire' and 'Planet of Sound'. To complete it, it concluded with the instrumental version of 'Letter to Memphis', the Trompe le Monde album track that appeared on the American release of 'Alec Eiffel'.For this updated edition, all the tracks have been remastered from their original analogue tapes by Kevin Vanbergen, sounding amazingly fresh, it also completes his extensive work across the band's catalogue. This new vinyl edition works as a companion piece to the band's recent Live at the BBC compilation where designer Chris Bigg (v23) has created striking new art, taking photos from Simon Larbalestier's archive that were originally slated for use by the Pixies but later shelved. Both long-term collaborators with the band, they worked on both releases in tandem to remember and honour the band's late-visual director, Vaughan Oliver. And as there is space for more music across four sides of vinyl, this updated version sees six live tracks added, culled from latter Pixies releases including 1997's 'Debaser' re-release.

Middle of Nowhere is the sixth studio album from eight-time Grammy Award-winner Kacey Musgraves and is made for two-stepping. The collection draws from a love of Texas dancehall classics, humorous takes on the human condition, and the space where traditional Country borders many sounds, including Norteño and even Zydeco. Fresh yet familiar, and classically Kacey: honest, fearless, immersive, and always ready to wink at life’s twists and turns.

Deluxe double LP reissue of The Head And The Heart's debut album. Featuring the original album remastered on the first LP, plus seven bonus tracks on the second LP. The bonus tracks are a combination of previously unreleased demos and live tracks, plus one live track available for the first time physically, and one previously unreleased studio track. The Head and the Heart is the self-titled debut album from Seattle folk-rock band The Head and the Heart, originally self-released in 2010 before being picked up and re-issued by Sub Pop in 2011. Built around harmonious vocals, piano, violin, and folk-rock instrumentation, the album captures themes of connection, wanderlust, and introspection across tracks like “Lost in My Mind,” “Down in the Valley,” and “Rivers and Roads.” Over time the debut was certified Gold by the RIAA, reflecting more than 500,000 units sold — a notable achievement for a band that began as a local favorite. The success of the debut launched The Head and the Heart into extensive touring and larger festival stages, laying the foundation for their subsequent albums and a dedicated fanbase.

Peaches! [Indie Exclusive Bone]
$28.99  28.99

The Black Keys Peaches! is the Akron duo’s fourteenth studio album (their sixth since 2019), a visceral and raw 10-song collection described by singer Dan Auerbach as the band’s “most natural record” since their 2002 debut, The Big Come Up. In similar DIY spirit, the album was recorded with all musicians playing in same room with few overdubs, as is the first record mixed entirely by the band themselves since 2006’s Magic Potion. The songs chosen reflect Auerbach and bandmate Patrick Carney’s obsessive record-collecting habit, which in recent years has escalated into an ongoing series of Record Hang DJ-set dance parties where they spin vintage 45s for packed, high-energy dancefloors in the coolest spots across the globe. The cover art for Peaches! is based around an iconic image from Memphis-born photographer, William Eggleston, and marks the return of Patrick’s brother, Michael Carney, overseeing the art direction.

I'm People [Indie Exclusive]
$28.99  28.99
chart cover

Limited edition coloured vinyl, available exclusively through independent retailers,
including a bonus 7” from Hiss Golden Messenger – I’m People. The brand-new
album from Hiss Golden Messenger and the first release with Chrysalis Records.

I’m People is a vivid, deeply human album born from a period of rupture, renewal,
and vast American wandering. Written across Bolinas, the North Carolina Piedmont,
and a Santa Fe motel room, the record traces the artist’s search for clarity through
landscapes both external and internal. These songs move through heartbreak, aging,
fatherhood, desire, disillusionment, and the hard-won hope that remains after the
spirit has been scraped bare. Produced with Josh Kaufman at Dreamland, a
decommissioned church outside Woodstock, the album carries the warmth of
musicians playing live in a circle, stained-glass light filtering across guitars, drums,
and upright bass. Contributions from Bruce Hornsby, Sam Beam, Marcus King, Sara
Watkins, Amy Helm, Eric D. Johnson, and members of Dawes enrich a sound world
that feels immediate, vulnerable, and fully alive.

“I'm People is an intensely human record, and so one that needed to feel immediate,
vulnerable, and fully dancing; something you could touch, sing along to, know about,
recognize, relate with. I know what the record is to me and I bet it's not so dissimilar
from what it's about to you, at least in the broad strokes: The heartbreak and
exhilaration, the absolute black comedy of being a person on this razor's edge that is
America circa 2025. What other choice do we have than to be hopeful?” - MC Taylor
on I’m People.

Hiss Golden Messenger is a Grammy nominated artist based in North Carolina, with
multiple Album Of The Year and Best Americana Album awards, reaching #2 in the
Americana Charts and performances and tours across the world, including the UK
and Europe + performances on US TV; Late Night With Seth Myers.

Lip Critic’s 2024 Partisan debut Hex Dealer was one of the most-hyped experimental releases of that year (“Like the B-52s on ketamine” -Paste) and signaled the Brooklyn band’s arrival as a borderline-batshit creative force. Theft World is their next chapter, built again from the chaos of two drummers locked in psychic combat, a sampler that sounds like it was struck by lightning, and frontman Bret Kaser’s paranoid preacher energy. But where Hex Dealer leapt from one absurdist vignette to the next, Theft World plays like a fully locked-in transmission. Themes orbit around the concept of theft, not just as a political force or digital dilemma, but as a surreal, emotional constant. Club rhythms and hardcore breakdowns pull as much from Tyler the Creator’s ‘Igor’ and Korn as they do Skrillex and Soul Coughing, coming together to soundtrack a world that’s constantly being striped apart and resold.

When five-time Grammy award winner Taj Mahal intersects with The Phantom Blues Band, it’s one of those rare joints that hits you before you even know you’ve been hit. They walk in, plug in, and the whole room shifts. Studio assassins, road lifers, groove keepers and somehow still hungry. They are an internationally renowned Two-Time Grammy Award winning group. Taj Mahal’s fearless, open-hearted spirit still shadows the whole thing with that genre-hopping joy. He leads you down the road with a history lesson and the Phantoms carry it with honor to the Griot. Mahal sings and plays harp as he fronts an all-star lineup of legendary musicians with the three ringleaders for the Phantoms--Johnny Lee Schell, the soulful gunslinger with tone for days, Tony Braunagel keeps the whole ship steered straight and on time, every time, and Larry Fulcher, the anchor, the heartbeat, the quiet storm on bass. Additionally, Jon Cleary, with that unmistakable New Orleans piano swagger, Mick Weaver, a session master who’s playing slides in with an undeniable velvet magic, and in the horn section, Joe Sublett on sax and Les Lovitt on trumpet bring the orchestration into the full view of this genre. This band doesn’t ‘back” anybody. They lift you up, carry you, and dare you to rise higher. On this record they slide through blues, soul, R&B, and island color with the ease of men who’ve lived every bit of it. This is deep-groove, grown-folks music from a band that still plays like the night is young. ‘Time’ is their new release on Resonatin’ Records / Thirty Tigers and celebrates over thirty years of making this uplifting inspiring and aspiring music together.

American Football - LP4 [Indie Exclusive Goldenrod Mix]
$36.98  36.98
chart cover
When the idea of recording a 4th album came up (for the second time), American Football knew things were going to get darker. After touring a year's worth of sold-out 25th Anniversary shows around the world and releasing a covers album (featuring Iron & Wine, Ethel Cain, Blondshell & more), the quartet of Mike & Nate Kinsella, Steve Lamos, and Steve Holmes, linked up with producer / engineer Sonny Diperri (My Bloody Valentine, M83, Kurt Vile) to record what would become their most substantial record to date. Blending atmospheric textures with emotive, post-rock style catharsis, LP4 is unlike anything American Football have recorded thus far, yet it fits right in with their evolving and beautiful catalog. Recorded during a 10-day retreat at Panoramic House in Stinson Beach, CA, LP4 finds the band intentionally walking into the abyss - themes of divorce, upheaval, and uncertainty are at the forefront, yet the band sounds more engaged and legitimized than ever before. Opening track, "Man Overboard," showcases each member's strengths - the un-matched style and jazz swing of Lamos' drumming, the lyrical vulnerability and multi-instrumental mastery of both Kinsellas, and Holmes' signature guitar work - all of it swirling together like a shoegaze tornado, the guitars and bass surging into something twisted and warped. Other standouts like "Blood On My Blood" showcase the band's unique use of alternating time signatures while "Bad Moons" (the longest track the band has ever recorded) includes some of Kinsella's most intense lyrics yet. The album also features additional guest vocals from Turnstile's Brendan Yates ("No Feeling"), Wisp ("Wake Her Up"), and Rainer Maria's Caithlin de Marrais ("Blood On My Blood"). LP4 is an ambitious artistic statement from a band who have continued to push the boundaries of genre and culture. It's a gorgeous and elaborate album, one that takes it's time to show you it's beauty, while hinting at the darker parts that are trying their best to stay hidden.

Formed by the late, great Lowell George, Little Feat made music that was loose, funky, literate, and impossible to pin down. Sailin' Shoes (1972) caught the band just as their legend was taking shape - a mix of sharp-witted storytelling and swampy grooves that defined early-'70s cool. From 'Willin' and 'Easy to Slip' to the swaggering title track, it's a master class in Southern California songwriting with a Louisiana twist. These songs defined Little Feat's legend as one of rock's most distinctive voices. This 45 RPM pressing, cut by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab from the original master tape, opens up the soundstage with wider grooves for superior tracking, lower distortion, and richer dynamics. Singin' to an Empty Chair [Indie Exclusive Brown and Green Marbled]
$33.99  33.99
chart cover

Despite its title, Ratboys’ new album Singin’ to an Empty Chair is not defined by what’s missing. Rather, it’s the beginning of an important dialogue with a close loved one, vocalist Julia Steiner finds herself estranged from. The music on the band’s sixth studio album – its first for New West Records – fills the space that person left behind with 11 songs showcasing Ratboys at the peak of their powers — twangy, effervescent, as confident as they’ve ever been, and perhaps more emotionally interrogative than ever before. The four-piece Chicago band followed up 2023’s highly acclaimed The Window by reconvening with co-producer Chris Walla to begin tracking at a rural Wisconsin cabin before taking the songs to Steve Albini’s famed Electrical Audio studios in Chicago and later to Rosebud Studio in Evanston, Illinois. The results veer from bubbly power-pop on “Anywhere” to irresistible post-country on “Penny in the Lake,” along with heart-piercing ballads like “Just Want You to Know the Truth” and an exhilarating detour into the extraterrestrial on “Light Night Mountains All That,” which Steiner dubs the band’s mammoth “wormhole jam.” Singin’ to an Empty Chair also marks the first Ratboys album written since Steiner began therapy, which the singer/lyricist credits for the clarity found across the album’s unflinching examinations of relationship and self. Fittingly, as the album begins by extending a hand into the void, it concludes with a scene of serenity – all while weaving candid honesty, humor, chaos, and whimsy along the way. “It's not all doom and gloom,” Steiner says. “The experience of making this record definitely gives me hope for whatever happens next.”

Dancing On The Wall [Clear Red]
$24.99  24.99
chart cover

MUNA’s journey has always been about holding space for the complex, messy, ecstatic realities of life, and with their fourth album, Dancing On The Wall, they’ve never been sharper, darker, or more exhilarating. Emerging from the sparkly, confetti-strewn heights of their 2022 self-titled record, MUNA now channel the anxious, uncertain energy of living in a Los Angeles defined by political tension, environmental decay, and the quiet pressures of millennial precarity. The result is a record that feels both intimate and spectacular, a pop world built with teeth, wit, and emotional resonance, a soundtrack for hearts simultaneously on fire and observing the chaos around them.

Across the record, MUNA explores desire, intimacy, and connection against a backdrop of a world in flux. There’s a quiet reckoning throughout the album with how to keep living, loving, and reaching for one another while bearing witness to political brutality and systemic violence and how joy survives without denial. Tracks like “Wannabeher” capture the dizzying thrill of stepping fully into someone else’s fantasy, while “Why Do I Get A Good Feeling” lingers long after the beat ends, a meditation on fleeting joy and suspended possibilities. The album closes with “Buzzkiller,” a stark reckoning with desire and its aftermath, the ache of achieving what you wanted only to realise new questions, doubts, and hungers remain.

Their previous work, including the viral hit “Silk Chiffon,” has earned hundreds of millions of streams and widespread acclaim, alongside TV appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Good Morning America. The band also maintains a devoted following across TikTok, Instagram, and Spotify.

The record is produced by Naomi McPherson, with their trademark attention to detail blending effortlessly with bandmate Josette Maskin’s well-honed behind-the-scenes pop technique to create living, breathing worlds for lead singer Katie Gavin’s incisive lyricism and signature voice. Dancing On The Wall blends euphoric sonic landscapes with sharp, human storytelling. The album reflects a fiercely self-directed creative process, one shaped by instinct, trust, and total artistic control. It feels lived-in, urgent, and cinematic, a reflection of a generation navigating uncertainty while refusing to let go of joy. With this album, MUNA proves once again that pop can be daring, intimate, and socially conscious all at once: a record that doesn’t just capture the moment, but distills it into a world you want to inhabit.

Live at WOMAD 1982
$38.99  38.99
chart cover
It was a simple idea; to create a festival out of all the brilliant music and art made all over the world, stuff made outside of the mainstream – music that wasn’t getting on the radio and was even harder to find in record stores… … the very first WOMAD Festival took place at the 240-acre Bath and West Showground, Somerset over the weekend of 16–18 July, 1982. With the dream ‘not to sprinkle world music around a rock festival, but to prove that these great artists could be headliners in their own right’, the three days and five stages played host to 60 bands from over 20 countries; a line-up that included The Drummers of Burundi, Pigbag, Salsa de Hoy, Simple Minds, Musicians of the Nile, Echo and the Bunnymen, Prince Nico Mbarga, Rip, Rig and Panic, The Beat and many more… “I remember this gig well,†says Peter Gabriel. “We played a mix of old and brand-new material. I would normally be very nervous about playing some of this stuff for the first time, however my mind was very preoccupied with the running of our very first WOMAD festival and the potential financial disaster that it was heading towards. Because WOMAD was unique in its focus on music and art from around the world, and mixing it with up with rock and jazz, no-one knew how many people might turn up and we had seriously overestimated our appeal. But those that had decided to check out WOMAD and its weird and wonderful lineup were open-minded, bold and curious - a great audience. It was a landmark and edgy gig for me both personally and musically and brings back lots of memories.†Across the three days ‘an evening concert series’ took place in the Showering Pavilion on the festival site. On the Friday night that concert featured Tian Jin (a song and dance troupe from China), Simple Minds and, with a ‘special festival set of non-album material’, Peter Gabriel. Live at WOMAD 1982 is a recording of that Friday night concert. The non-album material in question are seven of the eight songs that would make up the album Peter Gabriel 4. An album that wouldn’t be released for a further two months. On-stage, Peter is joined by David Rhodes (guitar), John Giblin (bass), Larry Fast (synthesisers). Jerry Marotta (drums), Peter Hammill (guitar, vocals) and “the wonderful Bristol-based drum and dance group,†Ekomé (drums, percussion). “We wanted to show that wherever you were born, whatever colour or language, whatever religious or sexual persuasion, powerful passionate and joyful work would have a warm welcome in WOMAD. At the beginning, most music industry professionals told us that we had no chance of making this dream work, we had all the wonderful naïve misguided optimism of the young, and were convinced that we would prove all the cynics wrong. However, at the end of the first festival, it was clear we had an artistic success, but not a financial one… but that’s for another story.†Peter Gabriel’s Live a WOMAD 1982 takes us back to not only the birth of a festival – one that has now hosted more than 160 editions in 27 countries - but also to the premiere of an album with songs, like The Rhythm of the Heat, San Jacinto and Shock the Monkey, that have become central to the Gabriel canon. More than just a live album, Live at WOMAD 1982 is a pivotal moment, available now on CD and LP for the very first time.

SURF GANG's previous production credits include Baby Keem, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky & Playboi Carti. Arriving on the heels of 2025 albums from both rappers - MIKE's Showbiz! And Earl's Live, Laugh, Love - POMPEII // UTILITY plays like a victory lap that traces their friendship back over more than a decade. They Call Us The Lucky Ones [Indie Exclusive Electric Smoke]
$24.99  24.99
chart cover
They Call Us The Lucky Ones is a road-worn portrait of modern Americana — songs about movement, memory, love, and survival, exploring the space between freedom and consequence where highways replace homes and connection becomes the true measure of success. The album tells stories of outsiders and drifters, chosen family and lost friends, broken systems and restless ambition — and the ghosts we carry no matter how far we run. Yet for all its hard-earned perspective, the record carries an undeniable sense of hope: a clarity that comes from a life lived in motion, the humor found along the way, and the simple joy of playing music with people you trust. It’s a record that knows how to have a good time without losing its soul. This collection of ten songs finds Ryan Bingham at his best — where life isn’t always about perfection or redemption, but about connection. Because no matter how far you go, how fast you run, or how loud the music gets, all that matters is the people and stories you carry with you along the way.

Hell Awaits - 40th Anniversary [3LP Box Set]
$125.98  125.98
chart cover
“It’s the record where Slayer became Slayer.” That’s what Kerry King says about Hell Awaits. And he knows of what he speaks. As the band’s guitarist, co-songwriter and co-lyricist, he was in the trenches with vocalist/bassist Tom Araya, guitarist Jeff Hanneman (R.I.P.) and drummer Dave Lombardo, creating what has become one of heavy metal’s greatest albums. A significant departure from Slayer’s 1983 debut, Show No Mercy—and every Slayer album that came after it—Hell Awaits is both an outlier and a solidification of form. Show No Mercy was the mission statement, but Hell Awaits is a more developed and intricate execution of Slayer’s speed, chops, and aggression. Now celebrating its 40th anniversary, Hell Awaits is the second studio album by American thrash metal masters, Slayer. The crucial album was initially released on April 8th 1985, by Metal Blade Records, who, in honor of Hell Awaits's 40th anniversary, will be unleashing unique physical releases, along with a digital release for fans.

Never Mind The Bollocks (Hifi)
$38.99  38.99
chart cover
Sex Pistols / Never Mind the Bollocks Here's the Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols, an album that rewired 20 years of rock in under 40 minutes, is available today from Rhino High Fidelity (Rhino Hi-Fi), the premium vinyl reissue series. Released in 1977, it debuted at #1 on the U. K. charts despite being banned by major retailers and causing widespread controversy. Bristling with broadsides like "Anarchy In The U. K. ," "God Save The Queen," "Pretty Vacant," and "Holidays In The Sun," the album distilled rage and disillusionment into a single, unrelenting statement. In the album's new liner notes, producer Chris Thomas recalls how the band found their recording approach almost by accident during an early session. "We put down a track, just rhythm guitar and drums, pretty much first-take, no mistakes. It was impossible to know if it was any good, so, being a bit stumped, I asked Steve if he would like to have a go at putting the bass part on. Instead of playing a traditional bass line, he simply mirrored his guitar an octave lower-an unexpected move that snapped everything into focus. "It was an absolute 'Eureka!' moment," Thomas recalls. "The combination was so powerful, so simple. We bashed three more songs down, adding the bass and double-tracking the guitar in just a couple of hours. We were seriously in first-take territory. "

Undying Love For A Burning World [Yellow/Red]
$41.99  41.99
chart cover
Evolution can be ugly and beautiful, painful and euphoric. An Undying Love For A Burning World is the first new release from Neurosis in a decade, and a potent statement of intent and rebirth-one that marks the first new steps of resolve and resilience. An Undying Love For A Burning World is an epic album of colossal hypnotism-beautiful, fearsome and utterly compelling in a way that only Neurosis can be. Aaron Turner (Sumac, Isis) joins the band on vocals and guitar, a name whose legacy is intertwined with the band's own and a true kindred spirit. Neurosis have never been afraid of change, and here they embrace endless regeneration, surrendering to the emotional exorcism through heaviness and distortion that their music incites. Just as the universe tends towards balance, Neurosis' cacophony of noise, rhythm and dissonance always resolves towards moments of beauty. The addition of Turner's powerful vocals and wildly creative and unhinged approach to guitar proves to be a vital force as Neurosis find themselves again at the mercy of evolution and expression. The album was recorded by Scott Evans (Kowloon Walled City, Sumac, and Great Falls) at Studio Litho in Seattle during three weekends this winter, and mixed in three days just six weeks before release at Evan's Antisleep Audio in Oakland. Neurosis will play their first show in seven years on the traditional lands of the Blackfeet Nation in Montana as part of the Fire In The Mountains festival by special invitation of Firekeeper Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to reducing youth suicide in Indian Country.

Ben Chapman is a road warrior who has spent the previous three years in a whirlwind of activity — writing songs for friends like Hayes Carll, Brent Cobb, and Marcus King; making his Grand Ole Opry debut; and releasing three acclaimed albums of country-fried funky-tonk, but nothing could have prepared him for what 2025 would bring him. His new record 'Feet on Fire' captures that period of wild transition, with songs inspired by Chapman's marriage to fellow songwriter Meg McRee and the arrival of the couple's first child. On songs like the guitar-driven title track, Chapman mixes Pink Floyd atmosphere with Crazy Horse crunch, showcasing the full spread of his musical influences. Elsewhere, he tips his hat to his southern roots with the laidback, loping "Out in the Country" and the Stax-sized soul ballad "Missing You." Produced by Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer Anderson East, Feet on Fire captures Ben Chapman as we've never heard him before: his back against the wall and his heart full, determined not only to meet the challenges up ahead, but to write about the process, too.

Giddy Up / Big Attraction (10 Year Anniversary)
$25.98  25.98
chart cover
Ten years ago, in a sharehouse on Chapel Street, four 20-year-olds with zero expectations wrote and recorded an EP in a single afternoon. Those six blistering minutes of music became Giddy Up. An hour later, Amyl and The Sniffers had a name, a Bandcamp upload, and the beginnings of a legacy. Following a year of backyard gigs, playing for friends and partying across Melbourne's sticky carpet music scene, the band released their iconic second EP Big Attraction in 2017. Now, to celebrate a decade of raw power and reckless spirit, Giddy Up/Big Attraction returns in a definitive 10th anniversary 12-inch vinyl edition - fully remastered for maximum punch. Featuring early classics like "I'm Not A Loser" and "Stole My Pushbike," plus enduring live favourites "Balaclava Lover Boogie" and "Westgate," this is the sound of Amyl and The Sniffers before the world caught up - feral, funny, and unstoppable. The LP is housed in a gatefold sleeve showcasing Chris Sutherland's iconic 2017 band photo, alongside an exclusive new essay from Amy Taylor and a heap of never-before-seen behind-the-scenes shots from the band's earliest days by Jamie Wdziekonski. As Amy recalls: "We recorded and wrote over the afternoon... we'd never played together before that day... it's spontaneous, and fun and achievable in that time because to us it sounded more than good and we weren't perfectionists and it didn't matter." All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us (10th Anniversary) [Indie Exclusive]
$29.98  29.98
chart cover
All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us celebrates 10 years since the release in 2016 with a newly remixed and remastered presentation, along with reimagined artwork. Recorded in Gothenburg, Sweden All Our Gods... is the heaviest and darkest work to which - frontman Sam Carter, bassist Ali Dean, guitarists Adam Christianson and Tom Searle, and the latter's twin brother drummer, Dan Searle have ever put their name to, both on and below it's surface. It is an album that challenges and progresses a genre long thought to have stagnated, and embraces it's inspirations at a time when many rock and metal bands seek to hide them in search of mainstream acceptance. It is also born from considered minds filled not by thoughts of being the biggest band in the world, but of making a difference. Architects are, for that reason, a band like few others; they are five young men who stand for something, and who possess an intelligence, awareness and spirit that inform the very fiber of their band. The quintet all practice a vegan lifestyle, tour with a consciousness about their footprint on the world, and who devote time and energies to environmental causes. The worldwide anger and disillusion encapsulated in All Our Gods... wrestles with contemplations of death, god and faith in search of some semblance of hope for a world increasingly consumed by fear, anger and confusion. This album is Architects statement of intent to the world, it is time to stand up, take notice and be counted.

Inception (Verve Acoustic Sounds Series) [180 Gram]
$38.98  38.98
chart cover
Recorded on January 10 and 11, 1962 at Rudy Van Gelder's studio, Inception marked McCoy Tyner's debut as a leader for Impulse! Records, introducing a cohesive new trio with bassist Art Davis and drummer Elvin Jones, both colleagues from the Coltrane ensemble, whose familiarity lends the session it's focused clarity. Across a 6-track program, featuring four Tyner originals ("Inception, " "Sunset, " "Effendi, " and "Blues for Gwen") alongside "There Is No Greater Love" and "Speak Low, " the trio setting foregrounds Tyner's distinctive voicings, pedal-point harmonies, and rhythmic drive, supported by Davis and Jones's firm, responsive interplay. Released in 1962 as Impulse! Was rapidly expanding, the album established Tyner's identity as a bandleader and stands as an essential early statement in his solo discography. Verve's Acoustic Sounds Series features transfers from analog tapes remastered on 180g vinyl in deluxe gatefold packaging.

Grand Serpent Rising [Dark Green]
$35.98  35.98
chart cover
Eight years after their previous studio release Eonian, Dimmu Borgir return with thirteen punishing yet remarkably diverse tracks under the banner Grand Serpent Rising and even the sheer weight of the album title alone speaks volumes. ”It fits perfectly,” Silenoz nods. ”Dimmu Borgir is a leviathan of a band on a grand scale and we are rising once again. While the serpent represents evil to some, for us it symbolizes something else: renewal, growth, knowledge, and liberation. Shedding our skin, so to speak. And let’s not forget that February 2026 marks the end of the Year of the Snake, roughly the same moment this album was completed.” Once you descend into the treacherous journey charted by this Norwegian serpent, Silenoz’s words are immediately vindicated. Following the ominous intro ‘Tridentium,’ the opening track ‘Ascent’ strikes like lightning across a frozen, darkened northern sky. Aggressive, vicious, and twistedly beautiful, it instantly confirms that Dimmu Borgir have lost none of their intensity, menace, or authenticity. And the momentum never falters. Across nearly an hour of music, Grand Serpent Rising maintains an iron grip: it is a majestic and powerful statement that sounds like a band possessed by the feral energy of the early ’90s Norwegian black metal underground, while simultaneously wielding the compositional discipline and hard-earned wisdom forged through more than three decades of relentless creation.

Over Before You Know It [Indie Exclusive Sunny Lawn Splatter]
$24.98  24.98
chart cover

Michigander – the acclaimed indie rock project led by Nashville-based singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jason Singer – has announced his sophomore album Over Before You Know It, out Friday, July 31 2026 via Totally Normal Records / Thirty Tigers.

Jason Singer thought his 2025 full-length debut as Michigander would change everything about his life and work. During the prior decade, after all, Singer had cobbled together the start of a successful career as an incisive and infectious songwriter from the stuff the music industry considers scraps—a half-dozen singles and a quartet of EPs, collectively suggesting he was one of indie rock’s sharpest new tunesmiths. The debut album Michigander felt only like the upper lip of the plateau Singer had been climbing for a decade already. So what, he wondered, was he supposed to do now? The answer that came back was obvious: Keep writing.

'Over Before You Know' It is the magnetic and relatable result of that work and the broad but detailed view from the top of that plateau. Across 10 songs written and recorded quickly with a crew of close friends at home in Nashville, Singer mixes self-criticism with music industry sendups, sad-eyed contemplations with unguarded love songs, offering up the things that almost stopped him and those that now keep him going with a rare admixture of candor and catchiness. This, it turns out, is the level up.

Above all, it is all a vehicle for Singer to think about becoming the person he still wants to be, for being grateful enough for what he already has to keep going. To be there is to be human. It’s not necessarily about being content but at least about not breaking your back or brain over the things you have yet to accomplish. Sure, it’s over before you know it. But it’s over a lot faster, Singer has now realized, if you don’t take time to enjoy whatever it actually is.

Boots on the Ground [EcoSonic 180g - random red / white / blue mix]
$34.98  34.98
chart cover

Massive Attack and Tom Waits release a new collaboration “Boots on the Ground”, with an exclusive to vinyl B-side provided by Waits – a droll and sardonic spoken word piece entitled “The Fly”.

An accompanying evocative, high-intensity montage film created by Massive Attack portrays a momentous American epoch that is yet to be named, and comes in the aftermath of the largest public protests in American history - focused on opposition to ICE raids, the militarization of domestic forces, and state authoritarianism.
"One day many years ago I accepted an invitation from Massive Attack to collaborate,” Tom Waits explains. “Today, as in all of mankind's yesterdays, guarantees this song will never go out of style. Man's fiasco folly is a feast for the flies. Hence, the B-side of Massive Attack’s upcoming 12 inch "The Fly" features my appreciation for the winged nuisance."

In keeping with the band's sector leading efforts to reduce carbon emissions across both live activity and recorded output, Massive Attack have partnered with Good Neighbor to produce an ‘EcoSonic’ pressing. Manufactured using 100% recycled PET (rPET) rather than traditional PVC, the record is fully recyclable and produced via an energy-efficient injection moulding process - a significant shift in record manufacturing. Packaging follows the same approach, with sleeves made from 100% recycled, FSC®-certified paper stock and outer slipcases produced from recycled polyethylene.

180g ‘EcoSonic’ record, mixed at random in red, white, and blue. Housed in a full color sleeve with additional screen printing.

Stay Rad [Beer Color]
$27.98  27.98
chart cover

It's hard to believe fresh-faced pogo punks Teenage Bottlerocket (or TBR as the kids call them) celebrated their 25th anniversary last year. Since their inception way back in 2000, there has been one word best suited to describe them: Rad. Teenage Bottlerocket is the epitome of rad. Stay Rad! Shows a slightly different side of Teenage Bottlerocket, putting their songwriting progression and personal growth on full display, while remaining a quintessential TBR album -complete with enthralling melodies, perfect harmonies, and their trademark breakneck down strumming. As with every Teenage Bottlerocket record, Stay Rad! #has a good mix of silly and serious, but the overriding sentiment is one that echoes it's title. From the incredibly catchy and clever "I Wanna Be a Dog" to the heartfelt hit "Everything to Me," Stay Rad! #checks all the boxes of classic TBR. At the same time the band manages to stretch their boundaries on the riffy ode to Norwegian black metal "Creature from The Black Metal Lagoon" and the hardcore influenced "The First Time That I Did Acid Was the Last Time That I Did Acid." Top to bottom Stay Rad! meets expectations and shatters them with plenty of new twists for the legions of TBR faithful.

$32.98  32.98
chart cover
There is a kinetic energy that binds drummer and producer Karriem Riggins and singer-songwriter, rapper, and producer LIV.e, the spark that happens when instinct meets flow and spirit finds rhythm. Their collaborative debut as GENA (short for "God Energy, Naturally Amazing," and loosely inspired by Gina from Martin), The Pleasure Is Yours feels like a playful, soulful conversation between two kindred improvisers: LIV.e's smoky, unpolished vocals glide through Riggins' warm, percussive universe. Rooted in jazz, soul, and hip-hop, LIV.e brings a raw, experimental approach to R&B, while Riggins - known for his work with Common, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Madlib, and his close kinship with J Dilla - extends his lifelong dialogue between jazz improvisation and beat science. Together they create a world that's analog and ethereal, percussive and poetic, bridging eras without settling in one - the sound of two artists finding a new shared language rooted in rhythm, vulnerability, and exuberance.

Get It Honest [Indie Exclusive Cream]
$25.99  25.99
chart cover
In an era where roots-rock bands can easily settle into familiar ground, The Revivalists’ new album Get It Honest arrives as a bright, purposeful statement — one that balances introspection with a sense of shared, hard-earned joy. Working alongside veteran producer Rich Costey, whose credits include Muse, Foster the People, and Death Cab Cutie, the New Orleans eight-piece channel their expansive live energy into a collection that feels both finely tuned and deeply soulful. From the driving heartbeat of opener “Heart Stop” to the reflective sway of “Lost and Found,” Get It Honest moves with a natural emotional arc, never forcing its moments and never overstaying them. “Love’s The Only Thing” stands out as a centerpiece, capturing the band’s signature fusion of rock, soul, and roots with a clarity that feels both immediate and lasting. Throughout, Costey’s production brings focus without sacrificing feel — horns, guitars, and vocals interlocking in arrangements that sound at once seasoned and newly alive. Rather than simply drawing from their influences, the band reshapes them here, blending alt-rock lift with jazz-tinged soul and Southern rhythmic undercurrents into something distinctly their own. The result is an album that not only reflects their journey from New Orleans clubs to major festival stages, but also reasserts their identity as a band still pushing forward. Get It Honest doesn’t just live up to its title — it embodies it, delivering a record grounded in authenticity, connection, and creative renewal.

Fuck Marry Kill [Yellow]
$29.98  29.98

With Fuck, Marry, Kill, Tink delivers her most provocative and conceptually sharp body of work to date, firmly reclaiming her position as a premier storyteller in the modern R&B landscape. Moving beyond the diary-entry style of her earlier years, this project utilizes the titular game as a brutal yet honest framework for the complexities of modern intimacy. Tink navigates the chaos of the dating world with a dual-threat precision that few can match, seamlessly blending the grit of her Chicago rap roots with the velvet textures of contemporary soul. Under the executive production of Hitmaka, the album finds it's heartbeat in the friction between high-gloss production and raw, unfiltered lyricism. The album is meticulously structured to mirror the chaotic cycle of urban romance: the adrenaline of fleeting lust, the heavy stakes of long-term commitment, and the inevitable coldness of a bridge burned. In the "Fuck" segment, Tink radiates a lethal confidence, delivering anthems of autonomy and physical desire that demand space in the club and on the charts. As the project transitions into "Marry," she peels back the armor, offering a vulnerable look at the desire for stability and the terrifying leap of faith required to trust a partner. However, it is in the "Kill" section where Tink's songwriting truly bites; here, she chronicles the aftermath of betrayal and the empowerment that comes from cutting ties, transforming her heartbreak into a weapon of self-preservation.Ultimately, Fuck, Marry, Kill is a masterclass in "Toxic R&B" that refuses to settle for easy answers. Tink captures the specific anxiety of a generation trying to distinguish between a temporary thrill and a permanent soulmate, all while navigating a world of ghosting and digital infidelity. By leaning into her flaws and her triumphs with equal intensity, she creates a sonic space where listeners feel both seen and vindicated. This isn't just an album about love-it's a survival guide for the heart, narrated by an artist who has seen every side of the game and lived to write the definitive soundtrack for it.1xLP, Single Pocket Jacket, Yellow Marbled Vinyl

Red Smoke Indie Retail Exclusive. Streetlight's third album (following the Keasbey Nights re-recording) refined and expanded on the sound of their debut, delivering a tighter, more polished collection of songs. The record opens with "We Will Fall Together," one of the band's most beloved tracks, and maintains a relentless energy throughout it's ten songs. Lyrically, Kalnoky continued exploring themes of cynicism, faith, and perseverance, wrapped in the band's signature wall of horns and propulsive rhythms. It cemented Streetlight's reputation and remains many fans' pick for the band's best work.

Red Smoke Indie Retail Exclusive. After years of delays and a very public, bitter dispute with Victory Records, Streetlight finally delivered their follow-up to Somewhere in the Between in 2013. The album is the band's most ambitious in terms of song length and arrangement complexity, with several tracks stretching well past the five-minute mark. It carries a slightly more mature, weathered tone than earlier records, reflecting the turbulent period the band had endured to get it released. Despite the troubled road to release, it was warmly received and stands as a worthy closer to what many consider the band's classic era.

The Nerve is confrontation and catharsis — a record about speaking up, asking questions, and refusing to stay quiet. FEA brings urgency and sharp wit to songs that confront gender-based violence, inequality, and erasure while leaving room for humor, irony, and cultural commentary. The result is punk that hits hard without losing its sense of identity or humanity.
